Foreclosures at Lowest Point Since 2010

A total of 1.1 million foreclosure filings were reported in 2014, down 18 percent from 2013 and down 61 percent from the peak reached in 2010, according to the year-end 2014 U.S. Foreclosure Market Report released Jan. 14 by analytics firm RealtyTrac.
